The magnifier works just like a magnifying glass held over the Drawing Area, helping you read text which might be too small to see otherwise.
To manipulate the magnifier always make sure that the cursor is over it. The cursor will change to
Drag with the left mouse button to move the magnifier.
Right-click to bring up the magnifier menu to zoom in, zoom out, make the magnifier bigger or smaller and hide it.
You can also use the shortcut keys I = Zoom in, O = Zoom out, B = Bigger, S = Smaller (click on the magnifier before using the shortcut keys).
You can also use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.
You can also click on the magnifier button again to hide the magnifier.
On PCs running at speeds below 1GHz you may notice a jittery movement when moving the magnifier.
